very intresting video david,thanks for the link.peter tompa has got a point when he says that bulgarian authorities are showing total apathy in policeing their cultural heritage.even the archaeologist in the film blames the "police,courts and the governments".personaly i dont think an mou would do any good.i think they would be better off educating their population and providing jobs.im sure most of this stuff goes to german auction houses and the european market.anyway it is great shame what is going on.
